Can some one help me urgently...

I am in the process of upgrading from 10g to 11g in the windows environment (2003). I wanted to use dbua because of the GUI interface.

Steps I've taken so far:

1. Installed the 11g software in a new Oracle Home.

2. Ran and made necessary corrections based upon utlu112i.sql.

3. Stopped the 10g listener and copied the listener.ora (edited to reflect the 11g home), tnsnames.ora and sqlnet.ora files from the 10g home to the new 11g home.

4. Attempted to start the 11g listener but failed with the following:

\Oracle\product\11.2.0\BIN>netca

Howdy, Stranger!
