isupplier chnages

When I (buyer) make  chnage to a purchase order, my Isupplier suppliers do not see the chnages  made. They are notified that a chnage occured but that's it. Does anyone knwo if  there's functioanlity to notify that supplier what I chnaged on the purchase order?
