Error 404.3 when loading hfm/default.asp

I've found the note, 1285684.1 and completed the IIS 7 configuration as described, but I still get a 404.3 on this page.  Do I have to deinstall HFM and reintall/configure the product, or should this just start working once the change is made?  I've bounced IIS, but nothing I do seems to free me from this error.
