Resetting weblogic password in Grid Control 11.1

I am planning to upgrade existing 11.1 Grid control to 12c, but we lost weblogic password as it's required during upgrade process. I tried to reset the weblogic as per following link. I was able to change weblogic password and able to login into admin console, but OMS is failed to start.Then I had to undo changeds and bring OMS up. Is there anything else I need to perform in addition what's described in the following article to refresh repository?
