Siebel Gateway Server high availability on Windows Operating System

what the steps that needs to considered for clustering Siebel Gateay server (8.1) in active - passive mode by using Microsoft Custer server. Also, how can we have high availbility for Siebel file system when gateway is clustered?

 Is there any Oralce document that I can refer?
