Forwarding PR

Hi,

I have number of PR created by a user who is terminated and re-hired as contract. His login credentials changed.

Now he is trying to forward his PRs to approver; but he couldn't because the user by which he created PR is disabled and not in PR Approval Hierarchy.

Is it possible to forward this PR to his manager who is authorized to approve his PR ?

How this can be done ? Any Help ?
