Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. Need a patch review for the below Patch

Oracle Procurement Family 11.5.10 Rollup Patch 12 - Patch No. 8791249

After appliying the above patch, I am not able to login, showing internal Error.
