oracle Linux 6 .1 is not detecting the network and Lan driver card

 Dear all
                 We are installing the oracle Linux in the hp-g7 server and after installation it says the firmware is corrupted and the network and the graphics devices are not detected so please help us to solve this issue as the server is HP_G7 series
