Need to increase project.max-lwps How to do it? can it be done by oracle?

Hi experts.
Solaris 5.10
Sr mention I should change project.max-lwps how to increase it.  CAn I do it with Oralce?
Sun Veritas cluster active/passive on the servers.  Database is now on node 1.

The error messages indicating that oracle has problem in forking more process.

Maximum number of PROCESSES allowed per user is too low (for example: maxuproc on AIX, maxuprc on HP and Solaris. On Solaris 10, check project.max-lwps).

project.max-lwps
        system          2.15G     max   deny

zone.max-lwps
        system          2.15G     max   deny

cat /etc/project
