how to addon a program to create a work order ?

- We had basic fields of work order (F4108) , like B/P , litm , uorg , drqj
  how can we addon a program (call business function or call stanard program) to create a work order ?
- To create a form with these basic fields above , then call function to create work order , not via p48013
- As we know , W line type from sale order (p4210) can create work order when sale order saved ?
