Outlook Email Integration issue..
Hi All,
After release 19 upgrade, few users have reported a strange issue that after they use the 'Add to CRM on Demand' button in outlook to sync their emails, those emails are deleted from the Outlook's inbox.
They also reported that they are not using the 'Automatic Association' option for syncing. Can anyone let me know what could be the issue.
