How to get querries executed by a user in the Pl/Sql Developer ?

Hi,

Issue :How to get querries executed by a user in the Pl/Sql Developer ?

Most of the time , I am losing my Querries that I have used in my Pl/Sql developer suddenly .
I couldn't get back those queries again. Can anyone suggest how to get back again the same .
