recovery from COMULATIVE backup and diffrential backup

 hi,actually we have requirement that we are performing level 0 backup on every Sunday and then on daily basis we do cumulative inc. backups. now my question is if we going to start differential backups on daily basis along with cumulative inc. backups and level 0 backup will become base backup for both incremental backups. now when ever i need to build a clone copy then for example i restore level 0 backup then apply Tuesday cumulative backup on it and then is it possible i can apply differential backup of Wednesday on this ?  i wan to recover or clone DB with mixed backup is it possible???
