FRM-40735: POST-LOGON trigger raised unhandled exception ORA-00942

i get this error after the oracle 11g upgrade. i have recompiled the fmb, but still i get either one of these errors when im login in as a normal user.

"FRM-40735: POST-LOGON trigger raised unhandled exception ORA-00942"

OR

"QMS-00100: Unhandled Exception ORA-00942: table or view does not exist in PL /SQL Program Unit qms$init_application Contact Helpdesk"

After the 11g upgrade from 10g to 11g, I am encountering a problem whereby the users cant get access, The roles were granted  to users but not by default. The application on  logon sets the ro;e to active.

When I grant explicit rights to objects, its seems to work, but then what would be the point of roles.
