User acount locked, I guess I cant use its objects?

Hi,
version 11.2.0.2

Question:

If user A is locked, can I still execute objects (for example a procedure) in its schema as user B? User B has execute on the object.

Just trying to verify, I cant test it at the moment, but SYS got "insufficient privs" on an procedure, and I just saw that the user was locked (who owned the object).
