Assign a standard cost per equipment serial number

We are aware with labour resources in EAM that if we do not tick the standard rate box on the resource set up screen that we are then able to assign a labour rate per employee.  We would like to do the same thing with our equipment costs but cannot locate which screen we would assign a cost per piece of that type of equipment.

Any help would be greatly apprecaited.
