How to combine specific result values under one generic "ALL OTHERS" value?

Hi Experts,

I need to find a way to filter out certain results from a "Top Customers" list that is currently being stack ranked by the '# of SRs' metrics field within the Service Request History subject area. The key will be that I still need to account for the Overall "# of SRs" within the report, however there are a few specific "Customer" accounts that I do not want to be mentioned my Name rather just included into a generic "ALL OTHERS" value. In addition, the list needs to be descending with the 'Account Name' with the most SRs associated to it
