July 2011 CPU - libclntsh

Red Hat Enterprise Linux - 2.6.18-238.9.1.el5

Whenever I apply the July 2011 CPU, all of the patches appear to work/load correctly and then at the very end, I get an error about not being able to link to libclntsh.so.11.1 due to a failed GCC.  Any ideas?

I will included a picture of the final error.
