sun change the eeprom eeprom security-mode=none ,it is not work

The user  forgot the eeprom password ,  login by root ,then change the security-mode ,do not work aftter perform the bellow command:

# /usr/sbin/eeprom security-mode=none   
eeprom: OPROMSETOPT: Invalid argument

# eeprom auto-boot?=false
eeprom: OPROMSETOPT: Invalid argument
auto-boot?: invalid property.

 # eeprom
security-mode=command
