Hyperion Public Sector Planning and Budgeting vs. Oracle Public Sector Budgeting

Can anyone explain the relationship between these two products?  Does HPSBS replace PSB?  Is there an end life scheduled for PSB or are the two applications complimentary?  We own PSB but never implemented.  With an upgrade to R12 impending is it worth looking at PSB at all?  Thanks in advance for any information anyone can provide.
