Database Vault and Golden Gate

We have Database Vault enabled on some of our servers. According to our Realm Violation reports, Oracle is prevented from querying dba_capture and other related tables. Example attached. The databases that have Database Vault do not use Golden Gate or Streams. I noticed that we do not have the DV_GOLDENGATE_ADMIN or DV_GOLDENGATE_REDO_ACCESS roles that mentioned in Database Vault documentation. Is this the reason for the reports? I haven't found any detailed information about two roles on metalink or even using google. The "user" that is causing the realm violation is blank so I have no idea what user to add
