Database compatiability 64 bit to 32 bit

we have a live db running at 11.1.0.7 at 64 bit and would like to move a db to another server running 11.1.0.7 32 bit for accounting analisys. is this possiable and if so are there any special conciderations for the move. I was going to use a cold backup.  also can I do a dataguard between the two servers?
