How to copy dunning letters to a collector or AR Super visor

  Hello All,

 
( EBS Version 11.5.10.2)  I want to send a copy of Dunning letter to AR supervisor and other user apart from customer. How can i achieve this? I have read a metalink document please see below the suggestion

How will my collector get copy of dunning letter sent to his customer?

a. Set IEX: Copy Dunning to Collector to Yes and dunning letter copy will be sent to the collectors email.


I tried looking up from sysadmin user however i couldn't find "IEX: Copy Dunning to Collector"  profile option. I am thinking that i might need to assign some grants and object to user name "SYSADMIN" but am clueless to figure that out.
