Latest patch cluster/kernel updates breaks ngroups_max and nested zfs file systsms

I am running Solaris 10 U7 on x86_64 platform.

I recently updated to the latest patch set (aka patch cluster).

-> uname -a
SunOS myhost 5.10 Generic_147441-09 i86pc i386 i86pc

/etc/system has the following entry

    set ngroups_max=32

to allow users to be in more than 16 active groups.   This does break Solaris NFS client functionality for those users, whiich is not really an issue because most client machines are either Linux NFS clients or Windows (samba) clients.    Following the upgrade users seem to be limited to 16 active grousp again.    If a user is in more than 16 groups, but less than 32 groups, he may need to use the
