"Receiving Transaction Processor" - Resulting into error at the time of Item Delivery

Hi,
I have created one purchase order and received it. But when i am trying to deliver the PO item than the background concurrent request "Receiving Transaction Processor" is resulting into error.

I have attached the log file for the same.

Oracle Applications : 12.0.6
