Sinapore ledger - What are the important steps before proceeding.

We are currently working in UAE and planning to setup a new entity in singapore. We are implementing new ledger for singapore office under the same business group. Please let us know if there is any patch set to be applied? is there any sepcific resposibility for singapore localization?

Also what is the impact of enabling the country specific functionalities in the license manager for singapore country.

We are currently in R12.1.1
