want to Segment space management manual to auto

 Here is my environment details
DB-9.2.0.8.0 
OS-AIX 5.3.0.0 5300-09 (64-bit)

We have core banking solution database.There 95% tablespace are in manual segment management. Here i want to make it auto from manual. Please share your experience in this concern. And also it a wise decision? Also share with me about strong benefits using auto space management of tablespace.
