Autoinvoice not picking up all lines in RA_INTERFACE_LINES_ALL

Hi all,
When running the Autoinvoice master program it does not seem to pick up all lines that are supposed to be picked up according to the parameters set for the concurrent request. In order to get all lines processed the Autoinvoice master program has to be run several times.

Does anyone have any experience of this and possible a solution?
