Bi Publisher PDFBOOKBINDER CLASS

When I run PDFBOOKBINDER API, the table of contents appears, but none of the page naumbers appear on the bottom of each page. What am I doing wrong.

I will show my control file for the PDFBOOKBINDER Class, hopefully you can see something in my code I am missing.
