Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. Hi,

I have orders that in status backordered, are there any reasons why the order cant be pick releasesd?

I only know one that is qty must be sufficent and then I can run pick rlease.

Now my 1 order is actually shipped in reality but in system it is in awaiting shipping line status.

Any help would be nice.
