Custom Table Method

We have setup a custom table method that uses the employees pay frequency to calculate the deductions and benefits per pay period for our employees. The table method works great but one problem that we have run into is that for some reason it is affecting other DBA's that do not even have a table method attached to them. Has anyone run into this and if so how did you fix it? One fix that we did was to create a shell calculation table for all dba's that are not attached to this custom table mehtod and that seems to be
