how to open an ADI Service Request -- HELP -- the product isn't listed
When we try to open a SR we can not find this product. We have tried under General Ledger -- and all combinations of ADI %Desktop% Integration.
This just seem like a My Oracle Support issue. Open to any suggestions or ideas. --- our problem is this. We are looking for patches and fixes to our 11.5.10.2 environment that will
help us get rid of the constant excell protection issues. everytime we open a ADI worksheet.
