Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. BI Publisher Report does not print images or shading when printing to a printer from JDE

I have a BI Publisher Report mapped to a UBE version in J D Edwards E8.12 tools 8.98.34

When you run the report and print to a printer through JDE, images and shading don't print.

The PDF looks fine, but when JDE prints directly to a printer, all images, shaded columns, shaded headers,… don’t print.

Is there a way to change this or is that just the way JDE is?
