Ran Autoinvoice to bring in invoice and credit card receipt from OM, completed with error that creat

Ran AutoInvoice to bring in invoice from OM and Credit Card Payment prepaid at Order entry that was authorized and capture.  Autoinvoice completed with error with Invoice created but not Receipt.  Log file has the following error.

Error calling fdprep() - RAXAVR
Concurrent Manager encountered an error writing to the file /ebsapps/DEV/tmp/OFMdvD0S.t. Cannot read value for profile option RPM_CONC_PROCESS_ID in routine &ROUTINE..

Check that the person who started the concurrent manager has privileges
Error calling raaprx(
Can anyone tell me how to resolve this issue, please?
