Uploading Attachments using Data Loader, & Schduling Data loading at speceifc times

in CRM On Demand - Administration (MOSC) Question
hi,

Could any one please help me out into these 2 issues,

1. I wanted to upload the attachments for the particular account through Data Loader, please can any 1 telmee how this could be done.

2. Also i have uploaded some account using Data Loader, now plese help mee out scheduling the Data Uploading at some specific times.
