Siebel Recommandations to setup Siebel 7.8.2.10 production environment on Virtualisation

We are currently having a Clustered Siebel 7.8.2.10 setup and now we are planning to move this set up to Siebel Virtualisation.
So kindly recommend us the setup to an succesfful Siebel VM.
1. How to proceed with setup?
2.Can we have Web server, Siebel Gateway,Siebel Server, Siebel Database server and File systems on a single box in VM?
3.If we need to consider HA in this new setup then what are the Siebel Components in the Siebel Architecture that we need to consider?
4.Can we have Web,Gateway and Siebel server in one box and DB alone in differnernt box?
