Reverse Engineering code wrapped in the database 11g

Hello

I need to know if it is possible to reverse engineering wrapped  code from the database Oracle 11g.

I tried to make this but the limit in the TEXT Varchar variable of view all_source is 4000.

Is this a limitation to the "unwrap"  reverse engineering process?

I also try to find the Note 341504.1 from Oracle without success, does anyone know the link to this statement ?
