Incorrect Currency Conversion Rates for a Reversal Journal

Based on Auto Reversal Program, the reversal journals has created with wrong Currency Conversion Rates instead of same conversion rate as that of Entered journal.
I looked at the Journal reversal setups  for categories and it looks fine.

Any reasons for this?
