Trying to locate the whereabouts of the .rtf template for the SSF_INVOICE_01 template for standard E

Dear Community,

I cannot find the .rtf template behind the SSF_INVOICE_01 template. According to Peoplebooks a template is provided which can be customised to accommodate specific requirements. I can find the SSF_INVOICE_01 template but no .rtf template to link it to in the report definition component. As a result I cannot print an invoice using xml publisher. I would like to see a system invoice in order to help me customise my own. I wish to use xml publisher not the sqr process.

Does anyone have the PeopleSoft provided .rtf template of an invoice for an External Organisation or one of their own that I could use?
