How to change status for Performance Appraissal from completed to ongoing

in Human Capital Management - EBS (MOSC)
Dear All,Please assist on this issue as the hierarchy originally was short only to one supervisor  but now the requirement is to move 4 levels up. most of appraisals are now complete. How can we make then on going and return to the first supervisor  control.
