CM Search & Apply Date

Good Morning All,

I have an issue on R12 CM. When I try to change the "Apply Date" at the header it does not change. It allows me to call up the calendar but still defaults it to today's date not the one that I have selected. 

Is this a bug? Has anyone had this happen?


Would someone be so kind and assists? Perhaps a set-up issue?
