Inventory Optimization (Launch Plan)

Hello Members,

I have allready done Setup for Inventory Optimization and would like to analyse the Output of the Plan which i also have already created. But when i start the Inventory Optimization Planner this get an error Massage: 
ORACLE error 14400 in FDPSTP

Cause: FDPSTP failed due to ORA-14400: inserted partition key does not map to any partition
ORA-06512: at "APPS.MSC_ANALYSIS_SAFETY_STOCK_PERF", line 891
ORA-06512: at "APPS.MSC_ANALYSIS_SAFETY_STOCK_PERF", line 1086
ORA-0651

I have not found any information in Oracle Methalink.

Is there anybody who has the same Problem? I would be very grateful if someone could
