Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. Hi,

Can anyone give me a listing of key benefits/differences between v11 and v9.3.1

We are in process of putting together a justification for budget spend to upgrade to v11
