Using the OAB Temporary ID Card for Benefit Plans

Hello all,

My client is looking to use the Temporary Identification functionality with their medical plans to allow employees to print out temporary ID cards at enrollment until they receive their permanent card. Does anyone have experience with implementing this? It seems poorly formatted and the data isn't being pulled quite like I would expect.
