Performance Tab Memory Utilization On Hosts Targets Shows 100%

Window based 11gR1 GC monitoring AIX 6.1 based EBS instances. Performance tab memory utilization on Hosts targets shows 100%. TOPAS shows less than 30%. Per Metalink Note 849783.1 Patch 8526608 is applied. host.xml file is not updated.

Any suggestion to resolve this issue will be highly appreciated.
