Unable to import report from hyperion workspace (version 9.3.1).

Hi Team,

Not able to import report from Hyperion workspace -> Navigate -> Explore

                                                                                                                       File -> Import-> Financial report

Soon after I click on Import -> Finanicla Report, the system gets HANG(freezing IE) and after that it is not allowing to work on any thing in workspace.

Tried from File -> Preferences -> Financial Report, but this also gets freezing.

We are using version 9.3.1

Restared the workspace, financila report services but still not working.

Tried on onther import options from the workspace: Import as URL, File, job run are working fine but only option "File->Import -> Financial Report" is NOT working.
