Contact center:Service request tab-DFF displayed using Folder option disappears

Using Folder properties,enable to display the DFF([]  and change the prompt name.Save this to  the Default folder.Close the form.

Try to open the Default folder,notice that DFF(with prompt name change) is not displayed.

When we try this with other fields,it displays and the problem is with only DFF.Why this behaviour?
