Whether it is at all possible to use BI Publisher Desktop 11.1.1.5.0 against a EBS R12.1.3 instance

All,
Sales Consultant has the open question of whether it is at all possible to use BI Publisher Desktop 11.1.1.5.0 against a EBS R12.1.3 instance.
The reason he is asking is that they have an ongoing campaign in the Nordics to sell FMW to Apps customers and he would like to showcase the new features in the 11.1.1.5.0 release.
