CG Default for Logical Org Shipments

I have an issue regarding the Cost Group defaulting. We have setup CG Rules in Warehousing for all Our Organizations.

While doing our Sales Order Shipping with Intercompany flows, we notice that the Cost Groups do not defulat as defined for the Trx Type = Logical Sales Order Issue.  The CG Rule is defined for the Item Type and this Item type is shipped. In the Shipping Org, though this Cost Group defaults correctly, whereas in the Logical Org, this Cost Group does not derive, based on the WMS Rule, but defaulting from the Organization. These Trx Type = Logical Sales Order Isses   transactions do not have any Subinventory associated.
