Is there any SC related issue or CR may cause all Interfaces in group ipmp0 have failed on both node

IHAC got All Interfaces in group ipmp0 have failed on both nodes (Sun Cluster 3.2).

Feb  1 16:35:08 ZB-CMS-DB02 in.mpathd[167]: [ID 832587 daemon.error] Successfully failed over from NIC nxge0 to NIC nxge1
Feb  1 16:35:12 ZB-CMS-DB02 in.mpathd[167]: [ID 168056 daemon.error] All Interfaces in group ipmp0 have failed
Feb  1 16:35:12 ZB-CMS-DB02 Cluster.PNM: [ID 890413 daemon.notice] ipmp0: state transition from OK to DOWN.
